Our Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

The One People team is a formidable coalition of battle-tested military veterans, seasoned community organizers, and dedicated medical advocates. Bound by a shared mission to fortify Israel’s front lines, our members bring decades of strategic leadership and ground-level experience to the Citizens’ Emergency Medicine Initiative (C.E.M.I.). We are more than an organization; we are a disciplined movement of private citizens committed to ensuring that every community across Israel possesses the elite medical readiness required to protect and preserve life in times of crisis.
